Optum, part of UnitedHealth Group, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire software vendor MedSynergies.
MedSynergies practice management and revenue software is designed for physicians aligned with large hospital systems. The acquisition will expand Optum's software offerings for providers across the continuum of care.
