Truven Health Analytics will develop, manage and host an enhanced data mart for the North Carolina Hospital Association and the health systems and ACOs it represents. The data mart will give NCHA hospital members the ability to receive state-wide reporting and analysis of population health data to be used for insights in disease monitoring, clinical benchmarking, hospital comparison and performance improvement.
Data will be aggregated and normalized into specific sets, such as clinical and administrative, for NCHA staff to use to identify gaps in care, track trends in consumer and patient behavior and account for out-of-network patient visits.
