Sarasota (Fla.) Orthopedic Association has implemented IDS' data gathering and analytics tool to help gather patient feedback and monitor advances toward improving patient care, according to a news release.
The analytical reports will allow physicians to see what actions and factors affect patient satisfaction.
"This really is a game changer," said Sarasota Orthopedic Association CEO Doug Badertscher in the news release. "It allows us to identify processes that may not meet customer expectations. It also helps us understand what factors patients find important when defining quality in care and rating their overall experience."
