Customer relationship management services provider Salesforce unveiled a telehealth offering that is hosted in Health Cloud, the company's patient relationship management platform.
The two-way video offering allows care team members and patients to discuss general health matters. Users can access the offering through the Health Cloud mobile app.
Salesforce has partnered with Persistent Systems, Silverline and others to help implement and deploy the telehealth platform's capabilities.
