Three computers were stolen from Rocking Horse Health Center in Springfield, Ohio, according to a Springfield News-Sun report.
The computers were reportedly in the behavioral health offices, but did not contain any billing or medical records. Patient records are housed on a server, so they cannot be accessed if a computer has been removed from the network, according to the report.
