Healthcare revenue cycle management company Alpha II has acquired clinical data analytics company Health eFilings.
Alpha II CEO Todd Dooze will lead the combined Health eFilings and Alpha II entity, according to an Aug. 18 Alpha II news release.
"The combination of Alpha II's leading denial prevention edit content and Health eFilings' analytics platform focused on actionable quality outcomes, creates a unique opportunity to deliver significant value early in the revenue cycle," Mr. Doze said.
