After two days of some users being unable to access Practice Fusion's cloud-based EHR platform, the company has reported the EHR is back up and running.
Starting Aug. 13, Practice Fusion customers began reporting trouble logging in to the EHR. Citing the recent Internet brown-out as the probable cause, the company reported overnight server updates have corrected the problem.
"We have confidence that the majority of our customers should currently have access to the EHR although speed and connectivity may still be impacted by the brown-out, a factor beyond our control," according to a company blog post.
