Patientco is integrating its patient payment platform with Epic's EHR technology. The healthcare payment technology company's solution can be used to improve the patient payment experience as well as streamline workflow for revenue cycle teams.
The integration will enable health systems to process patient payments through Epic MyChart, accept point-of-service payments within Epic as well as gain access to Patientco from Epic Resolute Billing via Single Sign-On.
Additionally, the integration allows health systems to receive automated daily bank account reconciliation to consolidate all electronic payment sources in a single report and automated posting of all patient payments regardless of payment type.
