Optum is the No. 1 ranking health IT vendor by revenue, according to an IDC Health Insights report.
IDC Health Insights determined the top 50 health IT vendors by analyzing 2016 IT revenue for hardware, software and services companies that derive more than one-third of their revenue from healthcare institutions, such as providers or payers.
