Leidos and Cray on June 7 joined forces to develop multilevel security solutions, including a series of cluster supercomputers.
The companies hope the solutions will allow federal and commercial customers to manage security risks while maintaining cost effectiveness. Under the agreement, Leidos and Cray will also collaborate to market and sell the solutions.
"The point is simple — it's all about securing the data and the systems that will analyze that data, and Leidos brings the expertise to play a key role in developing powerful MLS solutions built on our distributed memory clusters," said Fred Kohout, senior vice president of products and chief marketing officer at Cray.
