Concord Township, Ohio-based Lake Health has selected Cerner to implement its EHR.
The CernerMillennium EHR will allow for better integration across patient data.
In addition, Lake Health will utilize Cerner's HealtheIntent population health management platform, which gathers data to provide physicians so they're better equipped to meet community and patient needs.
