Epic has maintained the highest customer satisfaction score among large healthcare organizations, according to a KLAS Research report.
For its Practice Management 2019 report, KLAS Research surveyed more than 300 organizations that employ more than 76 physicians about the practice management vendors used at their facilities.
The vendors were scored on a scale of zero to 100, with zero representing the least satisfied. The scores depicted the weighted average of numerous yes/no questions in addition to questions scored on a nine-point scale.
Here's how seven popular vendors ranked on customer satisfaction:
1. Epic: 89.0
2. NextGen Healthcare: 82.9
3. Virence Health: 81.8
4. athenahealth: 79.1
5. eClinicalWorks: 65.4
6. Allscripts: 64.3
7. Cerner: 61.9
