Philips and Visus Health IT were among the top vendor-neutral archive vendors that scored highest for their ability to meet promised expectations, according to a KLAS Research report.
For its Global VNA Solutions 2019 report, KLAS gathered reference sites from various VNA vendors to determine which companies have proven to deliver the experience and guidance customers seek. A VNA is a technology that stores medical images in a standardized format and interface, which allows healthcare providers to access the images regardless of what system created them.
Here's how 10 VNA vendors were ranked by KLAS, on a one- to nine-point scale.
· Philips: 8.0.
· Visus Health IT: 8.0.
· Mach7 Technologies: 8.0.
· Fujifilm: 7.7.
· Intelerad: 7.7.
· GE Healthcare: 7.2.
· Siemens: 6.8.
· Hyland: 6.7.
· Sectra: 6.5.
· Agfa HealthCare: 6.3.
