Former Athenahealth CEO Jonathan Bush joined the board of Innovaccer, a healthcare technology company.
Mr. Bush will work with Innovaccer's leadership to advance technology adoption and perfect cloud integration of healthcare data. He has experience in cloud-based services, revenue cycle management, population health management and care coordination.
"Our vision is to help healthcare work as one and ensure a more seamless experience for everyone in the continuum of care," said Innovaccer Co-founder and CEO Abhinav Shashank. "Jonathan's vast experience in cloud technology and electronic health records will help us transform care delivery with greater efficiencies."
Mr. Bush co-founded Athenahealth in 1997 and grew it into a business that served thousands of providers during his tenure as CEO. He resigned from the company in 2018.

In September 2019, Mr. Bush joined Firefly Health as executive chairman.
