Canton, Ohio-based Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is dealing with an "internal hardware failure" that caused a "partial phone service outage," The Repository reported Oct. 4.
The issue first began Oct. 2. The hospital's MyChart portal is working and officials are encouraging patients to reach their providers through MyChart. According to an Oct. 4 Facebook post from the hospital, all its offices remain open.
The hospital does not have a timeline for when phone service will be available.
