Healthcare technology company Iatric Systems has launched a new suite of patient privacy solutions hosted on its Auditor's Desktop.
Auditor's Desktop analyzes and prioritizes potential privacy violations. The solution suite performs daily risk analyses across multiple audits, identifying possible inappropriate actions and presenting the information in one audit, providing privacy officers the information needed to determine if a breach has occurred.
"Auditor's Desktop helps hospitals reduce the number of false positives so they can quickly determine and document whether an access was appropriate," said Rob Rhodes, senior director of patient privacy solutions at Iatric Systems. "Prioritizing events by risk helps our customers focus on the accesses with the highest probability of being inappropriate."
