Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System is implementing accesso Technology Group's The Experience Engine platform to enhance patient experience.
The Experience Engine platform aims to provide patients with a comprehensive digital and personalization experience. The platform builds unique patient profiles that provides patients with real-time point of care and wayfinding support, the ability to provide a list of care preferences and to order food during their stay as well as patient feedback and communication features.
Henry Ford will begin piloting the technology in fall, with plans for a full multiphase implementation in 2020 to coincide with the opening of the Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion, the new destination center for the Henry Ford Cancer Institute.
Per the partnership, Henry Ford will also work with accesso to develop new digital solutions for standardizing care pathways.
