Healthpointe, a multidisciplinary healthcare organization offering medical services in southern California, has announced plans to launch a new virtual urgent care service, providing consultations via telemedicine.
After assessing patients' conditions, Healthpointe physicians can make any follow-up appointments and send prescriptions to pharmacies.
The virtual urgent care will be available for appointments 24 hours a day. It is scheduled to launch at the end of September.
