More than 90 percent of cloud services used in healthcare are at either medium risk or high risk of cyberattacks, according to a Forbes report citing cloud security vendor Skyhigh Networks.

1. There is an average of 944 cloud services used across all healthcare sectors.
2. There are approximately120 collaboration services in use on the cloud, such as email.
3. More than 13 percent of cloud services being used are high-risk, ranked by 54 security criteria.
4. Seventy-seven percent of cloud services in use are medium-risk, ranked by 54 security criteria.
5. More than half — 53 percent — of healthcare employees use three or more devices for work.
6. Most malware attacks — 73 percent — occur outside of normal business hours.
