Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare joined forces with Innovaccer, a healthcare data platform company.
Via the partnership, Hartford HealthCare will connect 70-plus ambulatory practice sites using Innovaccer's InData platform. Though the health system is largely connected through one EHR, its ambulatory sites have different systems. The InData platform is source-agnostic and can ingest multiple formats of data. It then sends the data to Hartford HealthCare's EHR.
Additionally, Hartford HealthCare will deploy Innovaccer's InGraph, an analytics and reporting module built on its data platform. InGraph will enable tracking of utilization metrics, manually feeding skipped logics and creating collaborative workflows for their care teams.
"Leveraging Innovaccer's healthcare data platform has transformed the way we think about care delivery in our network," said Richard Shirey, Hartford HealthCare's senior vice president and CIO. "The ability to, for the first time, ingest and analyze data from all these sources allows us to drive substantially better outcomes and cost savings."
