GE's former Value-Based Care Solutions Group, which was recently acquired by private equity firm Veritas Capital, is changing its name to Virence Health Technologies.
The company provides analytics software to help hospitals manage their financial, clinical and human capital workflows. Its portfolio includes revenue cycle, ambulatory practice and workforce management solutions.
