John Dragovits, who has held leadership roles at Cerner, Allscripts, Children's Health and Parkland Health & Hospital System throughout his career, is now senior vice president of strategic partnerships for devicemaker EarlySense.
In his new role, Mr. Dragovits will oversee EarlySense's relationships with healthcare organizations, technology partners, patient groups and other current and future partners across the globe, according to a Feb. 24 news release announcing the appointment.
Most recently, Mr. Dragovits served as a senior vice president at Allscripts. Prior to this, he was president and COO of Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, executive vice president and CFO of Dallas-based Parkland Health & Hospital System, vice president of Cerner and COO of Children's Health, also in Dallas.
"EarlySense is a recognized innovator within the patient monitoring markets, and has played an important role in advancing patient safety and outcomes in healthcare facilities worldwide," Mr. Dragovits said in the announcement. "I am honored to join the EarlySense team and to explore new avenues to bring contact-free continuous monitoring to even more patients, families and health teams."
