Flatiron Health, an oncology EHR vendor, has appointed Michael Vasconcelles, MD, as CMO, effective August 2019.
Three things to know:
1. As CMO, Dr. Vasconcelles will lead strategy and execution of Flatiron Health's research business, quality and regulatory offerings.
2. Dr. Vasconcelles is an oncologist and associate physician at Boston-based Brigham & Women's Hospital as well as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
3. Previously, Dr. Vasconcelles served as CMO at Unum Therapeutics, an oncology biotechnology company.
