Starting in November, hospital executives, physicians and nurses will be able to shop for apps in Happtique, the first mobile app store designed for medical professionals, according to a news release from GNYHA Ventures.
The app store was created by healthcare professionals and promises to be intuitive and easy to use. Hospitals will be able to purchase apps from Happtique in mass volume and pre-set discount levels, according to the release.
Happtique will launch in November, and a fully operational, multi-device store is expected to be available by mid-2011.
