On May 1, Epic's first Australian customer — Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne — went live on its EHR. A little more than seven months later, Epic has checked in on the progress at Royal Children's.
The hospital's EHR project director Jackie McLeod said Epic's mobile apps have been "absolutely great for clinical adoption."
"We made it on time and on budget and we implemented everything we were going to implement, so I think that was a really big win," added Ms. McLeod, according to Epic.
