Modernizing Medicine, the creator of Electronic Medical Assistant, a cloud-based, specialty-specific EHR, announced it has closed on $15 million of a $20 million round of funding.
The funding comes from existing investors, several of whom use EMA, and is led by Summit Partners and Pentland Group,
EMA currently serves eight specialties and more than 4,000 providers, according to a release.
