For the second year in a row, respondents to Physicians Practice Technology Survey said implementation and use of electronic health records is their top IT-related concern.
Of the 2014 survey's 1,442 respondents, 17 percent said implementing and using an EHR was their top concern, followed by poor interoperability among EHR systems (16 percent).
A significant number (13 percent) of physicians are concerned about the general costs associated with EHRs and other health IT products, though this number is down 4 percentage points since last year.
