Officials from Vermont's health insurance exchange site have confirmed one user was given improper access to another user's Social Security number and other information, according to a CBS report.
Department of Vermont Health Access Commissioner Mark Larson said the incident was the first and only of its kind since the health insurance exchange site launched Oct. 1.
"This was one case, and it was responded to appropriately," Mr. Larson said, according to the report.
