Eli Tarlow is New York City-based Brookdale Hospital & University Medical Center's vice president and CIO. He has held the role since January 2017, prior to which he was associate vice president of site CIOs and IT service delivery at NYC Health + Hospitals as well as CIO of its South Manhattan region.
Mr. Tarlow is a fellow of Health Information Management Systems Society and an international ambassador within College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. He also served as chair of the education advisory board for Health Connect Partners.
Mr. Tarlow's professional expertise includes IT leadership, strategic planning, design, deployment and operations. He has received numerous awards over the course of his career, including FCG's Jim Reep Achievement Award.
A CHIME Certified Healthcare CIO, Mr. Tarlow earned his bachelor's degree in management information systems from Touro College in New York City.
