Neptune, N.J.-based Meridian Health has selected Cerner's HealtheIntent solution to aggregate and manage population health data across multiple EHRs.
HealtheIntent is a cloud-based platform that can receive data from any EHR, IT system or data source in near real-time.
"For the first time, Cerner will deliver timely and actionable insights about the health of a population in an environment without Cerner's EHR solution," said Zane Burke, president of Cerner.
