1. More than half of healthcare stakeholders cited Amazon as the technology company most likely to impact the industry in 2018, according to a Venrock survey.

2. American Well entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Avizia in a transaction officials expect to close during the second quarter of 2018.

3. Athenahealth released earnings results for its first quarter of 2018 on April 27, reporting $329.4 million in revenue.
