McLean, Va.-based Booz Allen Hamilton, has purchased the Baltimore-based healthcare unit of Genova Technologies.
Genova Technologies' healthcare unit provides IT solutions and strategy for CMS.

"We're proud to support the government in the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, and this acquisition provides an opportunity to strengthen and expand our support."
