Athenahealth has launched an online dashboard that tracks the providers' performance on meaningful use metrics, according to an athenahealth news release.
The dashboard will be updated periodically to reflect improvements in the measures.
As of Aug. 27, 100 percent of athenahealth's providers have met the following core measures of meaningful use:
1. Implement drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction checks.
2. Report ambulatory clinical quality measures to CMS.
3. Implement one clinical decision support rule.
4. Exchange key clinical information electronically.
The two core measures with the lowest compliance rates were recording vital signs (81.6 percent), followed by providing clinical summaries for patients for each office visit (31.5 percent).
