1. Mr. Darkins previously spearheaded the Veterans Health Administration's telehealth platform.
2. From 2003 to 2014, he helped develop and sustain telehealth services at the Department of Veteran Affairs.
3. He is also co-author of the book "Telemedicine and Telehealth: Principles, Policies, Performance and Pitfalls."
4. Mr. Darkins has 22 years of experience in telehealth network development and organizational change management in healthcare.
