The American Medical Association and Press Ganey Associates have teamed up to create and provide a web-based tool for physicians that will measure patient satisfaction, according to a Press Ganey news release.
RealTime uses an electronic survey to generate reports, including summaries, trends and comparisons of de-identified patient survey results. Physician can use the reports to identify what drives patient satisfaction, analyze profiles of the most satisfied patients and create blind comparisons to other physician practices. Physicians using RealTime will also have access to practice improvement webinars and content from AMA's Practice Management Center.
