7 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were announced within the past week.

1. Peoria, Ill.-based OSF HealthCare selected Premier to provide its supply chain and performance services.

2. The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, chose Omnicell to provide medication automation.

3. Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, Colo., chose Aprima Medical Software's Aprima EHR.

4. Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica went live on Epic's EHR Nov. 2.

5. Phillipsburg, Kan.-based Great Plains Health Alliance chose to implement Cerner's EHR at its 25 affiliated critical access hospitals.

6. University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson will implement Intel-GE Care Innovations' Health Harmony platform for remote care management.

7. Columbia, S.C.-based Palmetto Health integrated NARxCHECK into its Cerner EHR to help curb prescription drug abuse.
