The following health IT funding announcements were made in the last two weeks.
1. Wellframe has received $8.5 million in funding for its wellness app.
2. Interoperability and analytics solution provider Sandlot Solutions raised an additional $23.3 million in capital from Lemhi Ventures, North Texas Specialty Physicians and Santa Rosa Holdings.
3. Lumiata, software that uses patient data to craft treatment recommendations, raised $6 million in Series A funding.
4. Wearable Intelligence, a startup designed to modify Google Glass for use in several industries, including healthcare, raised $8.4 million in new venture capital funding.
5. Propeller Health, maker of a digital therapeutic device for asthma patients, raised $14.5 million in Series B funding.
6. Both Dignity Health in San Francisco and St. Joseph Health in Irvine, Calif., directly invested in one of their vendors, AirStrip. Their investments were part of a $25 million funding round for the mHealth startup.
