58 EHR contracts, go-lives in 2015

The following EHR vendor contracts and go-lives occurred this past year.

Aspen (Colo.) Valley Hospital plans to implement Epic's EHR with a projected go-live of October or November 2016.

Aspirus Iron River (Mich.) went live on Epic's EHR Aug. 23.

Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Avera Health System will use MEDITECH's EHR.

Phoenix-based Banner Health selected Cerner's EHR for two recently acquired Tucson, Ariz., hospitals: Banner-University Medical Center Tucson and Banner-University Medical Center South.

Pensacola, Fla.-based Baptist Health Care selected Allscripts' EHR to implement systemwide.

Baptist Health South Florida, based in Coral Gables, chose Cerner's EHR.

Beaumont Hospital - Farmington Hills (Mich.) went live on Epic's EHR Oct. 1.

St. Louis-based BJC HealthCare plans to implement Epic's EHR.

Calvert Memorial Hospital in Prince Frederick, Md., selected MEDITECH's EHR.

Bismarck, N.D.-based CHI St. Alexius Health went live on Epic's EHR Sept. 12.

Central Peninsula Hospital in Soldotna, Alaska, selected Epic's EHR and plans to go-live in September 2016.

Charleston (W. Va.) Area Medical Center is adopting Cerner's EHR.

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger Health System selected Epic's EHR.

Chesapeake (Va.) Regional Medical Center selected Epic's EHR.

Pinehurst, N.C.-based FirstHealth of the Carolinas will transition to Epic's EHR over the next two years.

Forbes Hospital in Monroeville, Pa., went live on Epic's EHR April 11.

Geisinger-Lewiston (Pa.) Hospital went live on Epic's EHR this spring.

Glen Falls (N.Y.) Hospital will adopt Cerner's EHR.

Grand Lake Health System in St. Mary's, Ohio, selected Allscripts' EHR.

Gundersen Boscobel (Wis.) Area Hospital and Clinics went live on Epic's EHR Feb. 1.

Franklin, Tenn.-based IASIS Healthcare, an owner and operator of acute care hospitals, plans to implement Cerner's EHR platform across its provider operations.

Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Healthcare implemented a model EHR developed in partnership with Cerner at two hospitals Feb. 21.

Fairfield, Iowa-based Jefferson County Health Center plans to adopt Epic's EHR.

Jerold Phelps Community Hospital in Garberville, Calif., selected Healthland's EHR solution.

Middle Park Medical Center in Kremmling, Colo., selected Epic's EHR, and is scheduled

for a September 2016 go-live.

Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System plans to adopt MEDITECH's EHR. 

Allentown, Pa.-based Lehigh Valley Health Network selected Epic's EHR.

Providence, R.I.-based Lifespan went live on Epic's EHR in early April.

Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Miss., plans to adopt MEDITECH's EHR.

Mercy Family Clinic New Hampton (Iowa) implemented Cerner's EHR Sept. 21.

Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic chose Epic's EHR.

Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Health selected Cerner's EHR.

Minnesota Valley Health Center in Le Sueur went live on Epic's EHR Feb. 22.

Houston-based Nexus Health System went live on MEDITECH's EHR.

Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights, Ill., went live on Epic's EHR May 1.

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa selected Epic's EHR.

Boston-based Partners HealthCare went live on Epic's EHR May 30.

Permian Regional Medical Center in Andrews, Texas, selected MEDITECH's EHR.

Albany, Ga.-based Phoebe Putney Health System went live on MEDITECH's EHR Oct. 1.

Toledo, Ohio-based ProMedica launched its Epic EHR Nov. 2

Newport News, Va.-based Riverside Health System chose Epic's EHR.

Saint Francis Medical Center in Dexter, Mo., chose Epic's EHR with a projected go-live date of July 2016.

San Diego-based Scripps Health selected Epic's EHR with implementation scheduled for mid-2017.

New Bedford, Mass.-based Southcoast Health went live on Epic's EHR Oct. 1.

Sleepy Eye (Minn.) Medical Center chose MEDITECH's EHR platform.

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital-Audrain in Mexico, Mo., went live on Epic's EHR June 6.

Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke's University Hospital Network will implement Epic's EHR.

Boston-based Steward Health Care System selected MEDITECH's EHR.

Toledo (Ohio) Clinic & Outpatient Surgery Center went live on eClinicalWorks' EHR platform in mid-October.

Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health selected athenahealth's EHR.

UMass Memorial Health Care, based in Worcester, Mass., plans to switch to Epic's EHR platform.

Raleigh, N.C.-based WakeMed Health & Hospitals went live on Epic's EHR early in the year.

West Park Hospital in Cody Wyo., chose MEDITECH's EHR.

Danbury-based Western Connecticut Health Network selected Cerner's EHR.

Glendale, Wis.-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare will implement Epic's EHR.
