5 recent vendor contracts, go-lives

The following health IT vendor contracts and go-lives were reported by Becker's Hospital Review during the past week.

1. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Alphabet's artificial intelligence arm DeepMind entered into a partnership to study patient deterioration during hospital care, the agency announced Feb. 21.

2. Children's Hospital in New Orleans implemented Elemeno Health's microlearning platform to help caregivers standardize care, the company announced Feb. 21.

3. The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and the Mississippi State Department of Health partnered to link their Epic EHRs.

4. Cambia Health Solutions, a Portland, Ore.-based health insurer, selected Lemonaid Health to provide its subsidiaries with telehealth services, the vendor confirmed Feb. 20.

5. Duluth, Minn.-based St. Luke's Health Care System will implement a Meditech EHR across its two hospitals and 44 clinics in 2018, the health IT vendor confirmed Feb. 20.
