4 Recently Launched mHealth Apps

The following is a roundup of recently launched mHealth apps, reported in the past week.

1. BetterDoctor uses Medicare claims data showing prices of procedures and number of procedures physicians have performed to help patients find physicians.

2. WebMD launched WebMD Healthy Target, an app meant to help people manage chronic conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, by collecting biometric data and compiling it into user-friendly formats.

3. iPatientCare released its next-generation Patient Kiosk for Physician's Office, designed to streamline the patient check-in process.

4. CollabRx's CancerRx app helps oncologists and pathologists determine appropriate oncology therapeutic options for patients.
