1. Seattle Children's appointed Zafar Chaudry, MD, to serve as senior vice president and CIO, effective Nov. 6.
2. Chesapeake (Va.) Regional Healthcare selected Maurice Bastarache to serve as CIO.
3. Joy Grosser will serve as CIO at Seattle-based University of Washington Medicine effective Nov. 1.
4. Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia named Nassar Nizami CIO.
