Twenty-one percent of CIOs said they plan to hire full-time technology professionals in the first half of 2018, according to a recent survey developed by Robert Half Technology.
The report gathered data from phone interviews with over 2,600 CIOs in 26 major U.S. markets, who reported a six-month hiring outlook.
