11 Recent Vendor Contracts

The following vendor contracts were reported within the past week.

1. Children's of Alabama in Birmingham renewed its contract with Allscripts Sunrise electronic health record, to be in effect through 2023. The hospital will also implement Allscripts dbMotion health information exchange platform, among a host of other Allscripts suites.

2. Carteret General Hospital in Morehead City, N.C., chose to implement Access' clinical content bridge, allowing for an electronic transfer of information from medical device documentation output into the EHR.

3. Canton, Ohio-based Integrated Health Collaborative selected Explorys' Enterprise Performance Management Application Suite for population health management and clinically-integrated network support.

4. Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo., selected to implement Tea Leaves Health's Patientology product solution, a customer relationship management tool allowing the hospital to better understand its patient population.

5. Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Reliance Accountable Care Organization implemented Synapse, a population stratification, patient coordination and care management platform.

6. Gastonia, N.C.-based CaroMont Health selected Mercy Technology Services' Epic EHR platform. Mercy became the first accredited provider of the Epic Connect service, where Mercy will provide implementation and application management services.

7. Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Ga., contracted with RightPatient, an identity management system offering identification recognition.

8. Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville, Tenn., chose DataMotion's Direct Secure Messaging to securely communicate protect health information and health records with patients and collaborating medical providers.

9. Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, N.J., selected Health Language's Workflow-Enhancing Search solution to improve problem and diagnosis functions in its EHR.

10. Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City selected Allscripts dbMotion interoperability and population health analytics solution.

11. The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services offered Hewlett-Packard a contract to implement its interchange Medicaid Management Information System, a process management service.
