The following health IT vendor contracts were reported within the past week.
1. Dayton, Ohio-based CareSource selected Standard Register Healthcare's software for communication workflow management and external information production.
2. Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke's University Health Network chose Goliath Technologies' electronic health record performance monitoring solution.
3. Researchers at the University of California, Los Angeles, selected TrueVault's software-as-a-service platform to store and secure patients' protected health information for a population health-based platform the researchers are developing.
4. Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System expanded its partnership with Premier and implemented the PremierConnect Enterprise cloud-based data warehouse to integrate, interpret and analyze clinical, financial and operational data.
5. University of Miami and UHealth-University of Miami Health System chose Aruba Networks to implement an organization-wide wireless network upgrade.
6. Omaha-based Nebraska Methodist Health System selected Strata Decision Technology's StrataJazz platform for financial and strategic planning.
7. Downers Grove, Ill.-based Advocate Health Care selected Connance's vendor platform management to increase process control and visibility, streamline outsourced operations and increase recoveries.
8. Comanche County Hospital in Lawton, Okla., contracted with Merge Healthcare Inc. to utilize its vendor-neutral archive image viewing and sharing solutions.
9. Indianapolis-based Eskenazi Health selected Streamline Health Solutions' Looking Glass suite of business analytics solutions. The platform captures and analyzes financial, clinical and operational data to help enhance performance.
10. War Memorial Hospital – Michigan in Sault Ste. Marie chose JEMS Technology's Telehealth System, which will be implemented across all its healthcare divisions.
11. Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, N.J., chose Summit Provider Exchange to provide a solution to streamline the hospital's physician integration efforts. It will also allow the hospital to connect to one of the state's health information exchanges.
