Zotec Partners, a multi-specialty revenue and practice management services provider, entered into an exclusive revenue cycle management agreement with Reconstructive Orthopedic Center of Houston.
The orthopedic center provides same day evaluation and treatment of unexpected or unanticipated musculoskeletal and nerve injuries.
With the new agreement, Zotec will strengthen the group's customer and patient billing services as part of a comprehensive revenue cycle management agreement, both parties said.
ROC's president, Marcos Masson, MD, noted that Zotec provides new patient experience methods that are compatible with various patient populations.
"Not only does our group have access to the most up-to-date revenue cycle and analytics technology, but we also have a prime opportunity to take advantage of new ways to better engage all patients in the billing process," he said in a statement.
