Charleston (W.Va.) Area Medical Center Health System, a 956-bed, regional referral center, picked Meperia's strategic sourcing solution to deploy across its hospitals.
The solution is designed to improve supply chain and revenue cycle management. It has a single, cloud-based item master that links with the system's contracts, distributors, manufacturers and materials system to provide proper and accurate information to clinical/EHR and revenue cycle systems, according to Meperia.
"We are really excited to work with a forward-thinking organization like CAMC," said Tom Frith, the company's executive vice president.
