An unnamed large West-Coast based academic hospital will deploy eValuator automated pre-bill coding analysis technology from Streamline Health Solutions.
The eValuator solution aims to improve coding accuracy and achieve maximum reimbursement for healthcare providers. It may be integrated with Epic's EMR.
David Sides, president and CEO of Streamline Health, was pleased with the new signing.
"Academic medical centers are some of the country's most progressive organizations, and we applaud their drive to find new and better processes to help them improve their financial performance," he said. "By improving their revenue integrity, they can generate more top and bottom line dollars which they can use to help fund their missions and better serve their communities."
This is not Streamline Health's only recent eValuator signing with a hospital based on Epic's EMR. The company also signed a contract with a large unnamed East Coast-based academic facility in March.
