Wallowa County Health Care District in Enterprise, Ore., has secured $3.45 million in funding through the offering of 10-year limited tax revenue bonds for the construction of a replacement facility for its Wallowa Valley Care Center.
The 32-bed state-of-the art assisted living and residential care facility will include four bariatric units, eight Alzheimer's units and 14 residential care units.
Wallowa County Health Care District oversees the Wallowa Valley Care Center as well as Wallowa Memorial Hospital.
Lancaster Pollard, a national healthcare financial services firm, served as placement agent for the district's bonds.
