Ventra Health has acquired Deras Global Services, a Philippines-based revenue cycle management services provider for hospital-based physician specialties.
The acquisition is part of Ventra's global workforce development and service-delivery strategy, according to a Feb. 21 news release from the company.
Ventra is adding 300 employees in the Philippines with capacity to support growth, according to the release.
