Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, will soon break ground on a $17.7 million emergency center, according to a Times Reporter report.
The center will be housed in a 38,000-square foot, two-story facility to be added to the hospital building. "The growth in patients coming to the 'ER' over the past 20 years is expected to continue for the next 20 years and our new Emergency Center will prepare us to meet that need," Carey Gardner, director of community relations, told the Times Reporter.
The project will be completed by late 2015 or early 2016, according to the report.
